Q) When does the promotion start and end?
A) The promotion runs from 00:00:01 on 2nd January to midnight on 27th February 2026.
Q) Who can enter the promotion?
A) UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 and over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, and anyone professionally connected.
Q) Do I need to make a purchase to enter?
A) No purchase is necessary to participate.
Q) How do I enter the promotion?
A) Scan the QR code on POS or visit www.airwavesgum.co.uk/ride-the-airwaves and complete the online entry form with your details.
Q) What information is required for entry?
A) Full name, email address, mobile number, and postal address.
Q) Can I enter multiple times?
A) You can only enter once per person per day. Multiple entries from the same person beyond the daily limit will not be accepted.
Q) What prizes are available?
A) There is a maximum of one prize per person. There are 50 prizes to be won:
- 5 LUMI PRO Ice Baths and Chiller Bundles with a Starter Pack and LUMI Changing Robe.
- 5 LUMI Pod PRO Ice Barrels.
- 40 LUMI Pod MAX Ice Baths.
Q) Are the prizes transferable?
A) No, prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
Q) Is there a cash alternative to the prizes?
A) No, cash alternatives are not available unless specified by the Promoter.
Q) How are winners selected?
A) Winners are picked at random through an independently supervised process.
Q) When will the winners be notified?
A) Winners will be notified by text within 14 days of the promotion’s closing date. Winners will be required to respond within 14 days after notification, confirming their acceptance of the prize.
Q) When will prizes be delivered?
A) Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of prize confirmation notification.
Q) What if I don’t receive my prize?
A) The Promoter is not responsible for lost prizes due to incorrect addresses or postal delays.
Q) Will my personal information be shared?
A) If you win, your name and contact details will be shared with the Promoter’s agents for prize administration. Personal information will be held and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Q) Can I request my personal data to be deleted?
A) Yes, but the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such a request means it is unable to complete the prize delivery or assist after the deletion of the phone number.
