CONTACT & HELP
We love to answer your questions about AIRWAVES.
WHAT DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?
-
Can I buy gum from you directly?
We don't offer a direct delivery service, but all of our products are widely stocked and should be available in a store near you.
As a small retailer, can I purchase your products directly?
To get the best prices, you'd be better visiting your local wholesaler / shop. If they don't stock the product you're looking for, you can ask them to order it for you.
Why don't you sell international varieties of Mars products in the UK?
We can't sell other product varieties in the UK which you may have come across in other countries. This is because we have different food and labelling policies in Europe around ingredients and colours.
Is your packaging recyclable?
The sustainability of our packaging is a nonstop focus, and we've set ourselves a target to reach 100% recyclability of our packaging by 2025. It's a big challenge, and so we're working with a variety of partners and organisations to help move things forward.
Where can I purchase AIRWAVES products?
AIRWAVES is available in a range of different retailers from large supermarkets to small independent retailers. Larger stores will often have a larger selection of our AIRWAVES range.
I can't find the AIRWAVES product I'm looking for, do you still make it?
Are Mars Wrigley Confectionary products suitable for allergy sufferers?
Mars Wrigley Confectionary complies with the highest food standards and all relevant food laws. Any allergens from the EU list of allergens that are present in our products are clearly labeled. We encourage allergy sufferers to read the label and to consult their doctor if there is any doubt.
Do you test on animals?
In the day-to-day development of our chocolate, gum, confectionery, food, drinks, and pet care products, we do not undertake, support, or sponsor studies that harm animals. Please read our Animal Research Policy for more details: https://www.mars.com/about/
